Returns & Refund and Return Policy
Cooling-off Period (Non-defective Returns)
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers have the right to return goods purchased online within 7 days of delivery for any reason.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo or video evidence may be required for verification.
- We will, at our discretion, offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
- In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us, or the item may not be required to be returned.
Six-Month Implied Warranty (CPA)
Under the CPA, customers are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty for goods that fail to meet acceptable quality standards. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective:
- Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale
- Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Influencer & Affiliate Orders
Orders placed through influencer or affiliate links are subject to the same refund and return policy. Any refunded or cancelled orders will result in the reversal of affiliate or influencer commissions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
